What is dry needling?

For various reasons, muscles can develop taut bands that cause stabbing or radiating pain. Exercise and stretching can help reduce such complaints. When that is not enough, dry needling may be an option.

Dry needling can be used for

  • Pain from common musculoskeletal complaints
  • Muscle knots
  • Tendinitis

How the treatment works

We use sterile single-use needles. The needles are very thin and are inserted into the muscle to release tension. Dry needling is often combined with other treatment.

Price

  • Dry needling as an add-on during a consultationNOK 80
