Contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, phone number and message are sent to us by email (heidi@sfit.no and sylvi@sfit.no). We use the information to reply to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive health information in the form. Emails from the contact form are deleted after no more than 6 months.
Online booking
Appointments are booked in a separate system (timebestilling.aspit.no). Information you provide there is processed in that system.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. It contains only text, is not a program and does not contain viruses. You can delete cookies you have previously accepted, and you can turn them off in your browser settings.
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the website, but only with your consent. On your first visit you choose «Accept» or «Decline» in the cookie banner. If you choose «Decline», Google Analytics is not used. You can change your choice under «Cookie settings» at the bottom of the page.
Once you have accepted, your IP address is pseudonymised so that you cannot be identified. Data in Google Analytics is deleted after 14 months.
We also use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to someone booking an appointment, calling us or sending the contact form. This only happens if you choose «Accept». Google's code (gtag.js) is then loaded, and Google may store cookies on your device to link a visit from an ad to such an action. When you continue to timebestilling.aspit.no, a code may be added to the link so that measurement works across the two websites. If you choose «Decline», no code from Google is loaded. You can change your choice at any time under «Cookie settings».
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this website may include embedded content, such as maps, videos and images. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including if you have an account and are logged in there.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone.
Access and deletion
You can ask to see the data we hold about you and ask for it to be deleted. Email heidi@sfit.no.
